Happy New Year!! It is that time of the year where we start to think about goals and future plans. What would you like to accomplish? To many this may be difficult or become a long list. No pressure! The hype of starting a new goal or lifestyle should not get in the way of actually accomoplishing your goal. January is the month where goals are set, however they fall through by the time February starts. The key is to set goals when you’re ready and not specifically in January. Try something new – try veganuary (being vegan for january) or go exploring. Whatever you do, make a difference!
